 What is your franchise fee?    

$40,000 for the first location, $30,000 for the second, $25,000 for the third and beyond

What is your royalty rate?      

5% of Net Sales

How does marketing work?   

You may be required to pay 2% of net sales into the system fund that provides web presence, social media presence, and marketing tools.

How much does it cost to build a Breadwinner’s?

Our FDD has a range from $205,000-$1,990,000. There are many factors in the total cost, including whether you are building a new building or going into a second-generation, former restaurant.
