How Bread Winners Makes Cake Balls

On Monday, July 14, Executive R+D Chef Adam Kovac visited the ladies of KTXD’s The Broadcast to show their viewers how to make our delicious cake balls. This process was actually developed as a way to use all of the scraps cut off in the bakery  – pretty ingenious if you ask us! Adam took the opportunity to let everyone know about our 20th anniversary celebration and how from July 21 through August 16 every customer will receive a free birthday cake cake ball with the purchase of an entree. Inside one of those cake balls will be a gold coin that will entitle the finder to free food for a year (click for details).
